The wine leads you through a garden of floral finesse, where delicate blooms mingle with orchard and citrus fruits. It finishes with a flirtatious whisper of melon, lychee, and pineapple. On the palate, it unfolds like poetry. Layers of peaches, apricots, pears, orange blossom, honeysuckle, nectarine, green apple, and vibrant citrus intertwine with a lively acidity and a refined, steely minerality. Time spent on lees lends a supple, buttery texture, while subtle brioche notes surface with graceful harmony.

Vinification 

Harvested early September, vinified in steel tanks for three weeks minimum. 4 to 5 months on lees with stirring every two days. Fresh and fruity this wine is easy to drink.

Côtes-de-Bordeaux

Harvested late September & early October, vinified in steel tanks followed by four weeks of maceration to extract flavours, tannins and colour. A versatile wine that can be paired easily.

On the nose, the wine is immediately inviting, offering a charming bouquet of ripe red and black fruits interwoven with delicate spice and refined cedar. The palate is enveloped in a tapestry of rich, complex flavours, where fruit, tannins, and acidity come together in perfect harmony. Its vibrant structure creates a gorgeous mouthfeel, while its opulence is expressed with remarkable finesse. Solicantus rouge is a wine that evolves gracefully over time, offering a truly pleasurable experience.
